Vacation With Art Smart

July 8-12th 5 days Children look forward to the creating in the studio setting and we look forward to providing all of their favorites from Disney while they have fun and learn to communicate their ideas in our visual arts and culinary arts program. Disney week teaches young children the basics of cooking and baking. They will learn kitchen safety , healthy eating and create super fun sweets too in mickey and minnie mouse shapes. All of their favorite characters will come to life in our sculpting, drawing, painting studios when they learn how to use clay, paint and other materials in their explorations. We love Disney and know your child will learn to communicate their ideas through the characters and themes this week to make friends, create, have fun and build their self-esteem through art making. Please pack a nut free lunch, 2 snacks and a drink.

5 Days July 15-19 Swifties are fearless and creative. This week is all about jewelry making, painting, drawing, fiber arts, baking and mirrorballs! Come shake it off and have a fun week with us making new friends and exploring your creativity. Instructors will provide your child with a multitude of techniques to create art using a variety of mediums, such as pencils, charcoal, and paint to create portrait of TS. Is your child interested in learning how to make their own beautiful jewelry? Students will learn about the different materials and tools used in jewelry-making, and how to select the right materials for their project. Instructors will guide students in learning basic techniques, such as stringing beads, wire-wrapping, and attaching findings, and how to use these techniques to create beautiful and unique Swifty bracelets. Our week will also focus on baking and shaking up in the kitchen to create all her favorite foods and ours too. Pack a nut free lunch, 2 snacks and a drink and

If you have ever wanted to learn to sketch animals, now is your chance. This week is full of fun with our hairy friends. Come learn how to draw your pet and maybe someone else\’s too. Could you imagine having a pet elephant? Well kids in Thailand have pet elephants and we will be painting some. We will be spending time in our clay studio building animals that are hairy and in the culinary studio baking up animal creations that may have spots made of frosting and sheep made of marshmallows. Its always fun to eat your art projects. Pack a lunch, 2 snacks and a drink-nut free please.

Fancy a cuppa? Or maybe you would like to compete to win the title “Art Smart’s greatest British baker”! How about a stop at the magical world of Hogwarts. Instructors will guide children and teenagers with an opportunity to learn about and engage in a variety of artistic activities. British week offers studio workshops that combine visual arts and culinary arts, providing your child the opportunity to explore their creativity and curiosity through a variety of art and cooking activities. They will learn about different mediums and techniques in visual arts, such as drawing, painting, and sculpture. They will also learn about the science, edible potions and techniques of baking, and will have the opportunity to prepare and enjoy delicious dishes and desserts along with learning about teamwork and friendship in friendly competition.
