Refund & Return Policy

Art Smart Program Cancellation, Transfer, and Refund Policy

This policy applies to all registrations and transactions made through our website, mobile application, and any authorized channels.

Primary Means of Communication

We primarily use email for communication regarding confirmations of registration, receipts, and general correspondence. Please ensure that artsmartprogram@yahoo.com is defined as a safe sender in your email settings to prevent our emails from being blocked or filtered as spam.

Fees

Registrations will not be considered confirmed, nor will space be guaranteed until full payment has been settled.

Cancellation, Transfer, and Refund Policy

  1. Summer Programs: Refunds for summer programs (occurring in July and August) follow the below conditions:
    • Cancellations made before May 1st will be refunded in full, less a $50.00 transaction fee per cancelled registration.
    • For cancellations made after May 1st and before June 4th, 50% of the registration fee will be refunded.
    • No refunds will be granted for cancellations made after June 4th.

Please note that registration fees are non-transferable between participants.

  1. Classes: Refunds for classes are 50% if 2 weeks’ notice is given via email. We aim to accommodate the needs of our participants as much as possible. Similar to the summer programs, registration fees are non-transferable between participants.

Confirmation Process

Upon successful completion of your registration via PayPal, you will receive an automatic confirmation email. If you do not receive a confirmation email shortly after registration, it is likely there was a transaction error, and your registration is not confirmed. Please send an email to artsmartprogram@yahoo.com describing the issue as best you can. Our staff will research the issue and contact you with the next steps.

By registering for a class or program with Art Smart Program, you agree to this cancellation, transfer, and refund policy. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

If the above mentioned dates have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
