Creating Art is a vital part of thinking like an engineer or scientist. Art helps children plan, imagine possibilities, test ideas visually, and take pride in their work. When children design, draw, and build creatively, they are strengthening the same critical skills that support math, science, and engineering. STEAM connects creativity with problem-solving, just like in real-world innovation.
So come build, draw, sculpt, and design your ideas – Explore science in the kitchen- whip up edible and not-so- edible creations.  This week our goals are to help your child learn to make their ideas tangible!! 
Studios include- Clay building, Drawing, Painting, Culinary, Science, and Audio and Art Storytelling.

This week will be madness blending visual arts, and culinary arts. Students will be baking and having fun as challenges get them into high energy and get their collaborative spirits and creative geniuses to work. Students can expect to be using mixed media paint, collage, clay markers, glitter, and more to create culinary creations and vibrant art pieces. This week will provide opportunities to experiment with hands on messy fun along with culinary creativity, friendly competition with the goal of keeping skills developing and creating masterpieces that will inspire.

Raw and Refined: 

The Bold Makers Week is an immersive art and culinary camp designed for teens who love to experiment, express, and create.  

The contrast between rough and polished is where hands get messy and ideas come to life.

In our studio, students will explore materials and learn refined techniques through mixed media art, foundational drawing and painting, ceramics (including handbuilding and the pottery wheel), surface design, and 3D sculptural projects that emphasize texture, form, and personal style. 

In the kitchen, students will step into bold culinary creativity—learning foundational skills while crafting elevated dishes, experimenting with flavor pairings, plating, and the art of turning simple ingredients into refined creations.

Throughout the week, we encourage students to take creative risks, collaborate with peers, and develop their own artistic voice in a supportive, inspiring environment. Raw and Refined is perfect for teens who are ready to push boundaries, learn to trust their instincts, and transform bold ideas into finished works—on the plate and in the studio.

This week includes wands and whisks as simple culinary activities are inspired by the days magic theme. There are enchanted creatures to make and fairy houses to build as activites are hands-on with their imaginations learn to combine art, cartooning, storyboards, filming claymation, to learn to visually create their story characters come to life. This is a jammed packed week of creativity in 2D and 3D in our drawing, painting, crafting and ceramic studios. Little hands  together will create a Magical Dessert Party as a final treat inspired by their fun culinary experiences and creative art pieces.

Get your passport ready and take this creative journey around the world where students will explore art and food through hands-on visual art projects and inspired culinary creations. We love visiting Paris for the pastries and to explore the Parisian life with Monet and Van Gogh.  Italy has so many artists to explore and food to create so let’s take the train. Buon viaggio!  Experimenting with color theory, texture, design, and flavor, students will create meaningful work and delicious recipes as they travel around the world. This week is designed to build confidence and share ideas from the old Masters to the new ones.  

This week includes culinary, ceramics, crafting, painting and drawing with techniques and tools to inspire.

Get ready to shine like a superstar! Batter and Beyond Week brings new ideas and techniques to students while introducing the foundations of simple batters and the science behind cakes, muffins, and other baked treats. This week balances skill-building, creativity, and teamwork, all while being fun and playfully competitive in our culinary studio.

Students will go beyond simply adding color to cakes as they learn to spray-paint frosting on cakes and cookies, leaving the brushwork for their canvases in the art studio. They will be inspired to think outside the canvas and work with clay, paper mâché, wire, and fiber to build imaginative 3D works. Students will also learn to draw and paint pop-star portraits using paint and mixed media.

In Pop Star Week, students step into the spotlight for a week of creativity that mixes art, music vibes, and hands-on culinary fun.

Join us for Sparkle Week — a dazzling week of art camp where kids can sparkle and shine in creating sculptures like starfish and octopuses. Students will explore their imagination through projects that glow in the dark and are layered with colorful texture and embellishments. This week is all about providing the opportunity for your to child to gleam with pride as they learn to create edible art and design edible art pieces in our culinary studio! Each day brings a new hands-on adventure full of color, fun, and creative surprises.

Students will paint, design, and craft with materials that sparkle and shine. This week, ceramics, culinary, drawing, painting, kitchen science lab and crafting. Come have some fun!

Welcome to Sparkle Week, our exciting art program where kids get to imagine, create, and shine. You’ll explore your creativity by hand-building fun sea creatures in our ceramic studio, using colorful textures, shiny details, and even glow-in-the-dark elements.

You’ll also get hands-on experience using the pottery wheel, learning how to shape functional pieces to share with family. In our culinary studio, students will enjoy gourmet cooking and making edible art—designing treats that look amazing and taste delicious!

Each day brings a new creative adventure, including painting, drawing, ceramics, crafting, kitchen science lab, and cooking projects that sparkle and shine. This week is all about having fun, trying new things, and feeling proud of what you make.

This week is all about stepping into our joyful, flower-crowned world at Art Smart where young artists and mini-chefs explore creativity with a free spirit and lots of heart. Magical Makers Week is a playful art and cooking camp inspired by nature, imagination, and peace-and-love vibes—perfect for the curious artist ages 5–7.

Each day, students will create art projects using paint, clay, natural textures, and mixed media—think sun catchers, peace signs, whimsical clay creatures, and colorful paintings. In the kitchen, young makers will whip up simple, hands-on recipes learning basic cooking skills through sensory play and teamwork.

Movement, Sensory exploration and storytelling weave through the week, encouraging self-expression and connection. Students will practice their art skills in a nurturing environment where being yourself is celebrated.

This is a week of messy hands, happy hearts, and magical memories—where art and food come together in a groovy way!

August 17, 18, 19, 20, 21st. 5 days of baking it up and arting it up with foundational baking science skills.

This week is designed to help teens and preteens explore advanced baking like a pro with techniques, flavors, textures and presentation. Teens will go beyond basic and learn about artisan breads and fancy pastries. Each day in the culinary studio blends skill-building, experimentation and plenty of tasting. 

Also, teens will explore artistic foundations, visual art using clay, paint, charcoal, pen and ink mixed media supplies to encourage them to find their personal style and create unique pieces.  

Students will create being an illustrator, portrait artist, try their best at 3D and sculptural work before the weeks end.
