Our cooking classes for ages 11–14 are designed to teach intermediate kitchen skills, encourage independent cooking, and build a stronger understanding of nutrition, food safety, and recipe planning. This age group is ready to take on more responsibility in the kitchen, and classes are tailored to help them become confident, capable young cooks.
This class series gives tweens and early teens hands-on experience with real cooking techniques while fostering creativity, responsibility, and a deeper appreciation for food. It moves beyond basic skills and introduces students to more complex recipes, proper kitchen tools, and even elements of meal planning.
