Wallace and Gromit..wait what??
6 weeks of creating for people over 14years of age...
Step into the art of small-scale making in this hands-on, imagination-driven workshop where participants design and construct detailed miniature dwellings using a variety of tactile materials including fiber, wood, clay, paper, and mixed media. Over six weeks, participants explore architectural inspiration, storytelling through space, and sculptural techniques while learning how to transform simple materials into richly textured tiny environments.
Each session introduces a new material focus and building method—such as structural framing, surface treatments, miniature furniture creation, and finishing techniques—while encouraging experimentation, problem-solving, and personal style. Participants will sketch concepts, build prototypes, and refine their creations into a final miniature dwelling that reflects their vision, whether whimsical, realistic, or fantastical.
