GF Baking Basics focuses on simple, approachable recipes that taste just as good as their traditional counterparts—no prior gluten-free experience needed.

Participants will learn foundational baking techniques while gaining an understanding of the small but important adjustments that make gluten-free baking successful. The emphasis is on mastering core skills rather than complicated recipes, so students leave feeling empowered to bake at home.
