This is a 5 week workshop October 25, Nov 1, 8, 15, 22nd. Instructors will concentrate on knife skills, sequencing and understanding science in the kitchen. Please purchase a 6inch chef knife for this workshop. Students should label it and leave it for the duration of the class.
